A singular apartment

The apartment has been modernized in 2014: old charm should merge with contemporary interior design, high quality sanitary installation (walk-in shower, huge shower head) and kitchen refurbishment, effective insulation , spacious and high quality roof windows for light-flooded rooms, communicative layout with flowing room separations and retreat corners, view of both the lake and the forest.

For 2 to 5 persons

2 sleeping areas are available . A double bed (160x200cm) on the gallery above the living room with skyview is well suited for the parents, two 80x190cm wide mattress on a raised platform in a separate room is a cozy retreat for children. In addition, there is a sofa bed (90x200cm) below the gallery in the living room. 120 to 140cm blankets are available .

The apartment has been designed with an open layout. You'll experience a gentle transition between the rooms wiht no strict separation. An open kitchen welcomes the residents, the dining and living rooms merge into one another. An open staircase leads to the upper floor with the two sleeping areas. The sleepings areas can be closed off from each other if desired.

View and Acces to the lake directly in front of the house. Forest on the other side. In all rooms of the apartment you have a view either on the water or on the pines. In combination with large window areas you'll experience a gentle transition from the interior space to the outside. The nature flows into the living space.

The open kitchen with direct access to the terrace is ideal for cooking and spending chummily evenings wiht family and friends. The kitchen feels extra cozy thanks high-quality equipment devices (induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, washing machine), modern design tiles, ancient furnitures, a lamp from the 1950s...

For relaxation

In case of bad weather or if you need to recover from the sun exposure, a multilingual library is available and a selection of classic movies on DVD can be played on a large flat screen TV. You can alos enjoy background music with the ceiling integrated radio loud speakers.
